Elastofibroma dorsi

Bilateral poorly defined soft tissue masses seen at the infrascapular region deep to the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi muscles with similar attenuation to them in keeping with elastofibroma dorsi.
Enlarged cardiac size, multiple enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes and retrosternal extension of the thyroid gland with hypodense nodules inside are also noted.
Mild bilateral pleural effusion and bilateral gynecomastia are noted.
