Bilateral soft tissue lesions are seen at the subcapsular regions (interposed between the serratus anterior muscles and the chest wall),
They measure 11.8x4.5x12.7 cm in maximum cross sectional & cranio-caudal dimensions on the left side and 11x3x11 cm on the right side.
They have lamellar feathery pattern being of signal similar to the adjacent muscles interspersed with areas of high fat signal, they showed non homogenous signal in the STIR WI.
