Elastofibroma dorsi

There are bilateral soft tissue masses with ill-defined borders seen at the infrascapular region, with attenuation that is similar to adjacent muscle. The overlying muscles are displaced but not invaded.
On the left side, the adjacent rib shows changes of old fracture.
Case Discussion
About 60% of elastofibroma dorsi cases are bilateral.
