Elastofibroma dorsi

Right sided crescentic soft tissue mass seen at the infrascapular region. It has an attenuation value similar to adjacent nearby muscle. The overlying muscles are displaced but not invaded.
Case Discussion
Elastofibroma dorsi is usually discovered incidentally yet the patient in this case was complaining of sense of right sided infrascapular swelling.
