Posteromedial elbow joint dislocation. No obvious fracture is seen.

Elbow is the second most commonly dislocated large joint in adults and most common in children.
The reports should include the presence of dislocation and its direction (i-e posterior, posterolateral, posteromedial, lateral, medial, or divergent), and associated fractures (commonly radial head and coronoid process).
