There is a comminuted intra-articular fracture involving the distal humerus. No associated subluxation or dislocation of the elbow joint is noted.
The visualised portions of the ulna and radius are unremarkable.
The surrounding soft tissues show subcutaneous oedema and fat stranding.
Case Discussion
CT features are of suggestive of distal humeral fracture, AO/OTA classification type C2 as described above.
The fracture is actually located in supracondylar region which is slightly displaced.
