Portal venous phase scans initially performed followed by delayed postcontrast through the urinary tract.

Gross gas in the bladder wall. Large and small pseudodiverticula entering the grossly thickened gas-filled bladder wall. Contrast filling pseudo-diverticula within the bladder wall.
