Emphysematous pyelonephritis

Right kidney is enlarged in size showing severe hydronephrosis with air in the collecting system.
There is small stone in the uretero pelvic junction measuring 0.5 cm.
Tiny calcifications are seen in the right kidney.
No CT nephrogram and pyelogram were achieved in the right side.
There is also a focal hyper-density in the right distal ureteral expected location (? Right distal ureteral stone). It measures about 1.3 cm in length.
