Chest X-ray


Left costo-phrenic region ground glass haziness along chest wall.


Anechoic central areas with well defined walls suggesting split pleura sign.

Two distinct layers of thickend pleural seen with central avascular hypoechoic areas. High vascularity is seen in thickened pleura.

Air in lung shows reverberation artifact deep to the lesion.
