CXR - Haziness in right mid lower zone in PA view with right costo-phrenic effusion.
Lateral view - Elliptical soft tissue density on posterior aspect of chest wall.
USG - Loculated pleural collection in right paraspinal region.
Extension is noted in intercostal muscles at 9th - 10th ribs.
Mild effusion at costo-phrenic region.
