Large soft tissue mass right lower chest, cardiac silhouette normal in size, left lung clear.

Large right pleural fluid collection with split pleura sign and extension into the right chest wall between the right eighth and ninth ribs. There is a marked increased size of the interspace between the right eighth and ninth ribs but no bone destruction.
