Blunt trauma to lumbar region one month earlier. Presents with midline swelling in lumbar region. Radiograph - No vertebral collapse. USG to examine swelling. Clinical diagnosis: hematoma.

Encapsulated collection with few septa and echoes is noted in subcutaneous plane of lumbar region.
