CT of the abdomen demonstrates widespread thickening and calcinosis of the peritoneal reflections. Localised fluid collection.
Also, bilateral renal atrophy noted with several cysts.
Colonic diverticulosis without any diverticulitis.

Encapsulated peritoneal sclerosis, also known as sclerosing encapsulated peritonitis, is one of the complication of peritoneal dialysis. It can cause small bowel obstruction.
