Pain in the right index finger

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Well defined mildly expansile lytic lesion in the  middle phalanx of right index finger. There is narrow zone of transition with no evidence of periosteal reaction or calcification.

Case Discussion

Biopsy was taken and report shows enchondroma/low grade chondrosarcoma.
