Ill-defined lucency with chondroid type matrix within the proximal humeral metadiaphysis. No bone destruction or periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
This is most likely an enchondroma, sometimes it can be difficult to differentiate from low-grade chondrosarcomas both on imaging and pathologically.
