There is an expansile lytic lesion within the proximal phalynx of the right index finger. There is cortical thinning but no associated periosteal reaction. There is a pathological fracture through the lesion with minimal displacement.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with a benign enchondroma with a pathological fracture.
