In the middle and proximal phalanges of the ring finger of the left hand, there are centrally located lucent lesions which have a narrow zone of transition and no matrix calcification. No periosteal reaction. No soft tissue swelling. No pathological fracture.
Case Discussion
The appearances of the digial osseous lesions are strongly suggestive of incidental enchondromas. No further imaging was performed. The patient was managed conservatively with no complications.
