Multiple non-aggressive predominantly lucent lesions with chondroid matrix affecting the 1st, 2nd and 3rd metacarpals, 3rd proximal phalanx, and 2nd and 3rd middle phalanges.

Enchondromatosis (Ollier disease) is a non-hereditary, sporadic, skeletal disorder characterised by multiple enchondromas principally located in the metaphyseal regions.
