Presentation

Trauma to the left hand.

Patient Data

Age: 13 years
Gender: Female

Multiple expensile lytic lesions with narrow zone of transition involving the 1st, 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, 2nd proximal/middle phalanges and 3rd middle phalange. Cortical fracture of the medial aspect of 3rd middle phalange.
