Painless swelling along the left inguinal canal. No change in the size when walking.

A well defined, anechoic cystic lesion with some internal septations and echoes along the left inguinal canal. The cyst is neither freely communicating with the peritoneal cavity nor with the tunica vaginalis. Left testis is separately visualized from the cyst.
Encysted hydrocele also called spermatic cord hydrocele, spermatic cord cyst or cyst of cordon is collection of loculated fluid along the spermatic cord. It is separated from and located above the testicle and the epididymis without communication with the peritoneal cavity.
