Presentation
Worsening oxygenation status.
Patient Data

There is an endobronchial blocker.
There is also a right-sided PICC terminating in the region of the cavoatrial junction, pigtail catheter in the left mid/lower lung region, and endotracheal tube. Embolic agent and vascular stenting is seen in the right midlung region due to prior pulmonary haemorrhage.
Case Discussion
This is an endobronchial blocker, which is a device used to allow for one-lung ventilation. The radiolucent balloon creates a high volume and low-pressure seal in the bronchus to decrease ventilation to a select part of the lung.
