Endobronchial foreign body

Dyspnoea after foreign body inhalation (chickpea) during vegetable soup meal.

Age: 64
Gender: Female

TC chest without MDC

In the lower right bronchus just above of the basal pyramid bronchi is detectable oval foreign body (10 mm); in the basal segments of the right lower lobe exists lamellar atelectasis and cylindrical bronchiectasis with mucus.
