Endobronchial NG tube - this must be removed.
Right internal jugular and subclavian lines; appropriate positioning, no pneumothorax.
ET tube; tip safely above carina.
Extensive airspace consolidation, especially right mid and lower zones. Aspiration is considered less likely than neurogenic pulmonary edema. No lobar collapse. No effusion.

In emergency and critical care imaging, recognition of misplaced lines and tubes is an important review area for everyone involved, especially with almost inevitable delays in radiologist reporting times and the potential complications for the patient.
