Endoleak: type I

Case contributed by RMH Core Conditions

Day 1 post EVAR

Patient Data

Age: 91
Gender: Male

A trouser aortic graft is in situ and patent.

The proximal uncovered portion does no impede flow into the renal and superior mesenteric arteries.

There is type 1 endoleak at the right posterolateral aspect of the sac, either from the right trouser seam (probably more likely) or from the proximal seal.

The aneurysm sac is stable in size, and no peri-aortic blood is present.
