CT-scan shows an important contrast extravasation at the origin of the aorto-iliac endograft, compatible with a type 1A endoleak. The contrast extravasates from the aorta to the right iliac artery.
Numerous other less relevant findings are seen, including voluminous simple renal cysts.

A second aortic stent was added; angiography (not shown here) confirmed the endoleak repair. Also note the coils for occlusion of the right internal iliac artery, in this patient with a voluminous iliac aneurysm.
