Large abdominal aorta aneurysm with inserted graft, and extensive retroperitoneal hematoma is seen. Take note of the relatively hyperdense (free blood) inside the aneurysmal sac. Type Ib endoleak is seen at the distal end of the right iliac artery branch of the graft.
