CT-scan shows a significant leak of contrast material within the aneurysmal sac in this patient with aorto-iliac endograft for an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The findings are compatible with a type 1B endoleak.

Conventional aortic angiography confirms a type 1B endoleak coming from the right iliac component of the endograft.
