The stent graft is seen within the abdominal aorta. Proximally, it arises from above the origin of the renal arteries. Trouser insertions into the common iliac arteries bilaterally.
Multiple retro leaks identified:
- anterior leaks are due to collaterals via the inferior mesenteric artery
- posterior leaks are due to collaterals from the lumbar arteries
The AP diameter measures 9 cm with cheers is larger than the measurement is ultrasound (7.2 cm).
Conclusion:
Type 2 endoleak.
