Presentation was changed:
Patient with Vonvon Hippel Lindau-Lindau syndrome presents with an expansile lesion in jugular foramen and retrolabyrinthineretro labyrinthine portion of the right temporal bone.
Body was changed:

Patient with von Hippel Lindau-Lindau syndrome (vHL) and had previously underwent resection ofresected a left cerebellar hemangioblastoma (signs of cranioplasty on CT).

These studies show a mass mass in retrolabyrinthineretro labyrinthine portion of the right temporal bone, involving part part of jugular foramen,that that was confimedconfirmed as a an endolymphatic sac tumortumour. This tumor, which occurs in about 16% of patients with von Hippel-Lindau syndrome syndrome.

This patient also has an MRI study of the abdomen that showsshowing another vHL common feature: multiple renal cysts.
