Small focal asymmetry of the endometrium at the right side of the fundal endometrial cavity, averaging 5.5 x 7 x 8 mm in size. Normal otherwise endometrium. Homogeneous myometrium and intact junctional zone.
Case Discussion
Features are mostly representing an endometrial polyp. The right fundal location is encroaching upon the right cornu which may obstruct right Fallopian tube. It has a known association with infertility and increased miscarriage rate. Treatment is with hysteroscopic polypectomy.
