Endometrioma with adenomyosis

Bilateral adnexal T1 and T2 high signal lesions showing diffusion restriction. They show T2 shading and associated with hematosalpinx on the right side.
The uterus appears bulky. Thickening of the uterine junctional zone (about 1.9 cm). No discrete uterine mass lesion. No dilatation of the endometrial canal.
Uterine cervix is unremarkable.
Case Discussion
The features are in favor of endometriosis with hematosalpinx and associated adenomyosis.
