Heterogeneous, enhancing mass encasing the left L5 and S1 spinal nerves and the left iliac vessels. Small probable endometriosis cyst medial to the left iliac vessels. Chain of slightly enlarged left retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
Case Discussion
This patient had a history of abdominopelvic surgery for endometriosis.
