Presentation

Incidental finding during a gynecological exam in an asymptomatic young woman.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a sessile solid tumoriform formation probably at the outer wall layer in the midline of the urinary bladder. After contrast administration, it enhances mildly. 

In retrospect, it was present two years ago, without significant changes.
