Enhancing right trigeminal nerve as it courses through the skull base at foramen rotundum.
Case Discussion
Unfortunately we do not know the diagnosis yet, but it is a good example of perineural enhancement.
The differential to consider would be perineural tumor spread from a head and neck tumor eg squamous cell carcinoma or lymphoma.
