Enlarged condylar emissary vein

The condylar canal on the right has an aberrant posterior course, and is seemingly communicating with the sigmoid sinus. Extrracraniall dilated venous spaces are seen. Compare to the normal appearance of the left condylar canal.
Mild frontal hyperostosis.
No IC bleeding or other acute traumatic changes.
Case Discussion
Unusually enlarged incidentally depicted aberrant condylar canal on the right (unchanged compared to prior old study) likely representing a dilated occipital emissary vein.
