Small cystic-like formation immediately anterior to the metallic clips of cholecystectomy. The finding is compatible with focal dilatation of the remnant cystic duct.

This case represents an incidental finding of a prominent cystic-like cystic duct remnant. This finding is of no clinical relevance for this patient, and just catch the attention while reading the films because of its prominence.
