Small cystic-like formation immediately anterior to the metallic clips of cholecystectomy. The finding is compatible with focal dilatation of the remnant cystic duct.

This case represents an incidental finding of a prominent cystic-like cystic duct remnant. This finding is of no clinical relevance for this patient, and just catch the attention while reading the films because of its prominence. Eventually, it can harbor inflammation or stones and then cause symptoms,
