Hearing loss and sensorineural deafness on audiometry. No ear discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 9 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral vestibular aqueducts are enlarged, with abnormal cochlear turns bilaterally (appears to have 1.5 turns), which may represent Mondini malformation.
