Presentation

Constipation, palpable mass and continuous crying.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Abdomen ultrasound reveals a cystic mass seen in right lower quadrant with double wall sign (inner echogenic layer of epithelial lining containing the mucosa of the alimentary tract and an outer hypoechoic layer of smooth muscle).

Case Discussion

The mass was surgically removed and proved to be enteric duplication cyst by pathology.
