Middle-age female complains of dysphagia, epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting.

the whole mark of the study is diffuse symmetric wall thickening of the entire gut from the visualised lower oesophagus down to the rectosigmoid raising the possibility of underlying inflammatory bowel disease.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent upper GI endoscopy before CT exam showed hyperaemic oedematous gastric rugae with marked pyloric thickening and oedema involving 10 cm of the duodenum. The treating physician informed me of the histopathological result which is eosinophilic gastroenteritis (hypertrophic eosinophilic syndrome).
