A well-defined ovoid hypoechoic subcutaneous lesion is noted superficial to right parotid gland. It shows a homogeneous texture with punctate hyperechoic foci and no internal vascularity. Posterior acoustic enhancement is noted. Normal surrounding subcutaneous tissues and no right parotid extension.
Case Discussion
Features are in keeping with an epidermal inclusion cyst. As it causes facial disfigurement, surgical resection was performed.
