Epidermal inclusion cyst: anterior abdominal wall

Upper abdominal wall swelling for a few years.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

A well-defined lesion is noted abutting skin of anterior abdominal wall in the left epigastric region. No cystic spaces / calcification / vascularity noted in lesion. Posterior acoustic enhancement is noted.

No leak / rupture is noted. No perilesional hypervascularity.

Underlying muscle is normal.
