A well-defined lesion is noted abutting skin of anterior abdominal wall in the left epigastric region. No cystic spaces / calcification / vascularity noted in lesion. Posterior acoustic enhancement is noted.
No leak / rupture is noted. No perilesional hypervascularity.
Underlying muscle is normal.
