Lesion shows relatively homogeneous echopattern with few linear tiny anechoic cleft like foci. Lesion is avascular showing dopplar artifact at very high PRF. There is presence of posterior acoustic enhancement. With a stand off jel pad, there is a hypoechoic tract from lesion to skin.
