A hypodense rounded lesion is noted at the right cheek subcutaneous layer with thin wall and homogeneous content. Normal surrounding fat planes.

A well circumscribed mass overlying the right cheek, which is of intermediate to low signal on T1, high signal on T2, demonstrates some diffusion restriction and does not enhance. The underlying bone and adjacent fat are normal.
