There is a sharply demarcated biconvex epidural heterogeneously hyperdense collection of the right temporoparietal region (maximum thickness = 26 mm) with a mass effect on the midline structures and subfalcine herniation.
The bone window and 3D-VR show an underlying temporoparietal fracture through the squamosal suture which limits the temporal and parietal components of the epidural hematoma.
Case Discussion
CT features of a temporoparietal epidural hematoma with an underlying temporoparietal fracture through the squamosal suture.
