Typical biconvex-shaped hyperdense acute epidural hematoma overlying right front-parietal-temporal lobes with significant contralateral midline shift of ~13.0 mm.

Small hyperdense acute cortical contusion with mild surrounding edema and a few small patchy areas of acute subarachnoid hemorrhage in cortical sulci overlying the left parietal-temporal lobes.

Linear minimally displaced fracture of the right temporal bone, extending into the ipsilateral parietal bone.
