A large biconvex epidural hematoma in the left frontotemporal region causing mass effect, midline shift and sub-falcine herniation.
There is a linear fracture in the temporal and frontal bone in addition to a right blow-out fracture of the orbit with fat herniation.
Case Discussion
The findings described are consistent with a traumatic epidural hematoma and an orbital blow out fracture.
