Two large biconvex extra-dural hematomas are seen in the left fronto-parieto-temporal region causing underlying mass effect, midline shift and sub-falcine herniation.
There is a linear fracture in the left temporal bone extending to coronal suture superiorly and to left orbital inferiorly associated with significant overlying scalp hematoma.
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of epidural hematoma.
