Presentation

Neck pain and left upper limb numbness

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
mri

Well defined fluid signal intensity lesion seen at the epiglottic area attached and in close proximity to the right vocal cord resulting in compression and deviation of it to the left side,  measuring about 2 x 2 x 3.2 cm.

Features are those of epiglottic cyst.

Multilevel cervical spinal disc herniations.

Case Discussion

As in this case, most patients are asymptomatic, however they may present with dyspnea, stridor and respiratory obstruction.
