Bilateral "simple" cysts in the aryepiglottic folds at the base of the epiglottis without airway obstruction.

Case Discussion

Incidental finding of bilateral "simple" cysts in the aryepiglottic folds at the base of the epiglottis - can be symptomatic and cause airway obstruction and hoarse voice.
