Discrete, elongated 2cm fatty lesion within the epipericardial fat with a soft-tissue attenuation rim and surrounded by fat-stranding.
Few smaller soft tissue nodules are located just inferior to this, likely reactive lymph nodes.
Small right pleural effusion with compressive partial atelectasis of the right lung lower lobe.
Left lung lower lobe subsegmental atelectasis is also noted.
